A Training and Placement Cell the college is constituted as following. The members of the cell are required to provide guidance for the professional training and personality development. They will help in enhancing the employability of the students in potential job sector in the Pharmacy field. They will work to enhance various required skills in the Pharmacy students. They must arrange campus interview well before the completion of the course of the students. They will also facilitate the guidance for the purpose to alumni of the college. They should develop the well versed interaction with the employers from Pharmaceutical Industries and Government sector.

They should develop themselves into a resource to guide for various government schemes for self employment and entrepreneurship development. They should organize concern activities in regular interval constantly.

They should also guide the students for higher education in reputed institutions of the country and abroad.
